The Contract Between Us

Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with ADZ Distribution LTD. ADZ Distribution LTD must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed.

Once payment has been received we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you registered at checkout. The shipment email will include your name, the order number and the total price. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms. Any term sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract.

We are entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our website. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether.

Payment Details

We accept payment by Paypal and by Credit / Debit card through Stripe.  All product prices and delivery charges are shown in UK pounds sterling. Your payment card company / Paypal will perform any currency conversion.

Availability of Goods You Order

If we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible and any sum debited by us from your account will be re-credited to your account and we will notify you by email at the address given by you in your order form. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. ADZ Distribution LTD will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Please note: we endeavour to bring our customers the best value we can by running special offers, but please remember stocks are limited at the special offer price, and subject to availability. We update our website as quickly as we can to minimise disappointment. The process of updating the website when goods have sold out at promotional price can take a few hours to update.

Delivery

We strive to dispatch your orders promptly. Our dispatch days are from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, with daily collections by Royal Mail.

Our goal is to ship all UK orders received before 3:00 pm UK Time from Monday to Friday on the same day.

For the delivery of your order, we select the most suitable courier service based on the specifics of your purchase. Our primary couriers include Royal Mail, UPS, DHL, and FedEx for both standard and express shipments. In certain cases, we may utilize Amazon’s fulfillment services, so it’s normal if your package arrives in Amazon-branded packaging or if you receive a tracking notification from Amazon.

Please note that tracking information is provided exclusively for express deliveries. We regret that delivery service is not available for all geographical locations, particularly remote areas. In such cases, we reserve the right to either cancel your order or request additional shipping fees if your delivery address is categorized as remote.

For security and verification purposes, deliveries must be made to the address linked to your verified PayPal or credit/debit card account. Orders linked to unverified PayPal addresses may face cancellation. For PayPal verification details, please consult the PayPal website.

The delivery times indicated at checkout are our best estimates and are not guaranteed. We advise allowing additional time for delivery during peak periods such as Christmas, other holidays, or in the event of extreme weather conditions.

Delivery Disputes and Resolution Process

Reporting Missing or Undelivered Packages
In the rare event that you do not receive your package despite tracking information indicating a successful delivery, we ask that you check around the outside of your property, the parcel may have been left in a safe place. It’s also worth checking the delivery information within the online tracking, as any delivery images captured by the driver may help you identify where the parcel has been left. We would also ask that you check with your neighbours as the driver may have left the parcel with them. If you can’t locate the package we ask that you report this discrepancy to us within 48 hours of the recorded delivery time. Upon receiving your claim, we will initiate a thorough investigation to ascertain the circumstances surrounding the delivery.

Our investigation process includes, but is not limited to, reviewing GPS location data, analyzing photographic evidence of delivery, and collaborating with our courier partners. This comprehensive approach ensures that we gather all pertinent information to accurately assess the situation.

Courier Responsibility and Resolution
Please be advised that our ability to offer a refund or replacement for missing packages is contingent upon the outcome of our investigation. Specifically, we will only provide such remedies if our courier partner accepts responsibility for the non-delivery or misdelivery of the package. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and accountability, given the robust evidence we collect to confirm deliveries.

Should the investigation conclude that the package was delivered successfully to the correct address as per the tracking information, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or replacement under such circumstances. This stance is necessary to protect our business from fraudulent claims and to ensure sustainability of our services for all customers.

UK Orders

We ship from within the UK, ensuring that there are no additional customs fees for deliveries to mainland UK addresses. However, customers in the Channel Islands or other areas outside the UK VAT scope may need to pay customs fees.

Ordering from outside of the UK

UK VAT will be removed at checkout for all orders outside of Mainland UK.

We now ship all orders within Europe (excluding Channel Islands) with DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipping. This cost is included at checkout, so you will not be charged additional customs fees on arrival.

Orders from outside the UK and Europe will be subject to Import Taxes, Duties & Handling fees, payable to your own country when it arrives.

Customers outside of Europe will be responsible for any Tax and customs costs.  Under no circumstances can we reimburse them. 

If you refuse to pay customs fees, your order will be returned to us. We will refund your order minus outbound and return postages costs, please note in extreme cases it can take several months for a package to be returned from international customs.

Lost or delayed items

If you are concerned your order may be delayed then please email [email protected] quoting your order number. Please note that Economy International orders sent by Royal Mail or Deutsche Post are not counted as lost until 25 working days after dispatch. UK Economy orders sent by Royal Mail are not counted as lost until 15 working days after dispatch so until this time we are unable to replace missing items.

Returns

We appreciate your business and aim to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you find yourself not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are eligible to return the item for a refund or an exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Our products are covered by a basic 30-day warranty for any faults not specified in the product description. For brands like XIM, Titan, and Brook, for which we are the UK distributors, we extend a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.

Should you encounter a fault with your item after the initial 30-day period but within the manufacturer’s warranty, we will endeavor to repair or replace the item, rather than issuing a refund.

Please note that the cost of returning an item generally falls on the buyer. However, in cases where there is a clear fault confirmed by the manufacturer – for instance, if Xim tech support has conducted troubleshooting and acknowledged a defect – we will cover the return postage.

We are unable to refund outbound postage fees and any customs-related charges if the product is found to be without fault.

For a return to be accepted, items must be in their original, resalable condition, complete with all components, including boxes, cables, and instructions. If we receive a return that is missing any of these elements, we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount from the refund to account for these deficiencies.

Cancellation of Orders
