UK and Worldwide shipping options available

Despite an incredible increase in online shopping over the last few weeks we are still shipping out 99% of orders on time. However, the delivery network (Royal Mail in particular) are under immense pressure at the moment and we’re seeing frequent delays. Our Express services are less affected and usually on time. Please bear this in mind when ordering.

While the covid-19 situation is ongoing we cannot guarantee delivery timescales and will not issue refunds for missed delivery promises.

How much does it cost?

Please add your item to the basket and select your country to get a postage quote. UK Economy delivery is now Free to mainland UK, Europe from £6.99.We also offer Express delivery to Mainland UK and most Worldwide countries using DHL and Fedex. If your location is not displayed at checkout please contact us with your address so we can look at available options for you.

When will you ship my order?

Your order will be shipped as soon as possible. We post Monday to Friday (Excluding Public Holidays) and have daily collections by Royal Mail, DHL and ad hoc collections by Fedex. Our official cut off time for same day shipping is 14:00pm UK Time. If you place your order after this time we’ll do what we can to get your order out the same day but unfortunately can’t guarantee it. Please note our Next Working day service is just that, it doesn’t deliver at weekends or Public Holidays.Orders placed late on Thursday or Friday before the cut off, will not arrive until Monday. If you order late Thursday or on Friday then you’re better off choosing our Royal Mail 24 service if you’re hoping for a Saturday delivery.

How long will it take to arrive?

You’ll be given an estimated delivery time at checkout based on the shipping option you choose. Please note, working days are Monday to Friday and don’t include weekends.

*DHL Next working Day does not include remote areas, Islands, Highlands etc will take an extra 1 or 2 days to arrive. We will always choose the most appropriate shipping company for your order.

We generally use a combination of Royal Mail, DHL and Fedex for both Standard and Express shipments. Sometimes we use Amazons fulfilment service so don’t be alarmed if your order arrives in Amazon packaging or you receive a tracking update from Amazon.

Tracking is only made available for Express deliveries.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by Paypal and by Credit / Debit card through Stripe.  All product prices and delivery charges are shown in UK pounds sterling. Your payment card company / Paypal will perform any currency conversion.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

Please contact us as soon as possible, usually we can make minor adjustments prior to shipping if an obvious error has occurred. For alternative addresses we will usually need to cancel the order to comply with our payment providers regulations.

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by emailing us at [email protected] and quoting your order number.

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase you are welcome to return it for a refund or an exchange within 30 days.

All items come with a basic 30 day warranty if they develop a fault which was not listed in the description. For items such as XIM, Titan and Brook who we are UK distributors for we can offer the 1 year manufacturers warranty.

Faulty items found after the 30 day cooling off period and within the manufacturers warranty will be repaired or replaced and not refunded.

As a rule the buyer is responsible for any return costs. At our own discretion we may offer to pay your costs.

Enhanced delivery costs such as express delivery are non refundable when no fault can be found.

Please check your spam and junk mail folders, if the confirmation has not arrived within 1 hour please contact us.

Can I get same day delivery?

We don’t offer same day delivery, our express option is usually next working day for UK and most of Europe.

Can I collect?

Unfortunately we don’t have a brick and motor store so collection is not available.
